A timeless house record that is available in two versions, both of which deserve mention. Although the re-worked version from On My Way is more polished compared to the earlier version on Alleviated which sounds fairly raw by comparison, I don’t have a preference between them. Both have their merits but this isn’t surprising since this is Larry Heard we’re talking about here! Due to the nice chaps at Clone in the Netherlands, who have gone to the trouble of putting out an official remastered re-issue of the first pressing on Alleviated, you can hear both versions as the original pressings are difficult and expensive to acquire.
