It's by the esteemed DJ and prolific producer Dave Lee aka Joey Negro; personally I think the effects are used sparingly and add to the mix but hey, horses for courses and all that :) I'm glad that you were still able to enjoy it. But it's a pity you use way too much effects (filter, flanger etc). In my humble opinion of course. It makes these beautiful tracks sound tacky and cheap.
