Excited by the promise of this new label so I’ve decided to disseminate a track from each of the first two releases as any label that continues to push vinyl deserves the support. The first is the ‘broken techno’ of Tropic Of Capricorn followed by the gentle harp-infused jazz-influenced South Central; I also played a couple more of the tracks on last weekend’s EstimuloShow. With a polished website that indicates that they have artists like Kirk DeGiorgio and Vince Watson on board, a promising schedule of future releases beckons. Albeit one that seems to have slipped with the next two releases (IA1.2 & IA2.2) due to have been released in August; the samples on their webpage (currently not working) sounded very encouraging.

The second one goes straight to my discogs wantlist. Juno is a bit too expensive – no bank transfer and xl paypal fee

Thanks for the comments thomasdb – I’m sure there must be a European-based online music retailer that will stock these – try Clone or Rush Hour…
